Where many other resorts in Spain have been deformed by excessive construction of large apartment complexes and hotels, Moraira has chosen to preserve the original atmosphere as much as possible. The center of Moraira is situated around the fashionable marina where also the fishing boats bring the fresh fish to land every day. The caught fish is sold daily through the fish market of Moraira to merchants, restaurants, but also to individuals who come to buy the freshest fish here. Those who do not feel like preparing their own fish can enjoy delicious fish dishes on the terraces of the restaurants just outside the harbor.

Our luxurious villa for 10 persons, completely renovated in 2015, is situated in a quiet residential area just 600m from the beach of Moraira. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets can already be found at 300m. The villa offers beautiful sea views from all levels. The villa is situated on a flat plot of 1000m², enclosed by a wall. The location at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a plot of woodland guarantees absolute tranquility just minutes from the beach. This villa, although equipped with 3 car pitches, is the ideal choice for those who do not want to use the car as little as possible during the holidays. A 5 min walk from the first restaurants, the Mas Y Mas department store and within walking distance of the beautiful beach "Playa de la Ampolla" of Moraira with its beautiful promenade, terraces and restaurants it offers a pleasant transition between rest, relaxation and entertainment. The electric gate gives access to the private grounds with a villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 livings with open kitchen, a large private swimming pool (10 x 5m) equipped with solar panels for supporting heating from May to October, 3 ground-floor outdoor terraces, a garden, a outdoor kitchen / pool bar, an outside toilet, an outdoor shower and a laundry and ironing room. Those who prefer to find a spot in the shade next to the pool can go under the spacious pergola. The living area of ​​this villa is 280m². Our luxurious villa for 6 people. is situated in a quiet neighborhood Canuta Mar in Calpe with sea and mountain views and view of the communal pool. A small sandy beach with the harbor of Puerto Blanco is barely 600m. This new, modern furnished villa of 120m² is situated on a terrain of 200m², oriented south-west. On the ground floor / street level there is a large living room with dining area with 2 sliding windows with access to the covered terrace with view on the hills and the sea. The spacious terrace provides an additional dining area to enjoy the outdoors in the shade of the view. In the living room there is a LED TV with satellite receiver (TV-Vlaanderen) and a radio-CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, combi-oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Next to the kitchen there is a small storage room with vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. On the ground floor there is also a separate 3rd toilet with washbasin. The house has a ground floor (accessible via internal or external staircase) with 3 bedrooms, 1 with a large sliding window with access to the terrace in the garden. This bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The 2 other rooms each have 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms (with toilet, sink, shower or bath). The garden provides access to a lockable laundry kitchen with an extra refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and deckchairs for the terrace. The house provides central heating in every room and an air-conditioning unit that can cool down. All windows in the house are equipped with triple burglar-proof glass. The windows of the bedrooms have shutters. A gas boiler is available for hot water and central heating. You park your car in the garage next to the house or on the private parking lot in front of the villa on the street side. There are two communal swimming pools: one (12 x 5.5 m) with a min. Depth of 1.20 m and a second, shallow pool for the little ones. Both pools are surrounded by a large terrace equipped with sun loungers. There is also a separate shower room.
